The short version

The evcost calculator runs entirely in your browser. The car you choose, your state and your kilometres are never sent to our servers. We only collect anonymous usage analytics to understand which tools Australians find useful.

Information we collect

• Analytics data — pages visited, approximate region, device type and interactions with the calculator, collected via Google Analytics 4 in aggregated, non-identifying form.
• Contact details — only if you email us or use the contact page (name, email address and message).

We do not collect, store or sell personal information about your vehicle choices or calculator inputs.

Cookies and third parties

We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising (Google AdSense). Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your Google Ads settings, or manage cookies in your browser at any time.
